Hurst Doors has unveiled its new S-Class solid timber core composite door range, designed to give installers and homeowners greater choice, style, and flexibility. Positioned above the company’s existing GRP composite doors, the S-Class collection blends the traditional feel of timber with the low-maintenance benefits of a Thermoplastic CoolSkin PVC-U heat reflective skin, engineered to retain finish, colour, and definition over time.
The range features 32 door styles, spanning period-inspired, rustic, and modern minimalist designs, and 18 colour options, including woodgrain textures and solid tones. Installers can also choose from a comprehensive suite of hardware finishes. Glazing options are extensive, with Hurst’s exclusive Harmony Collection 3D-effect double-sandblasted glass, as well as bee and butterfly designs, plus the possibility of personalised digital glass printing for unique customer requirements.
Manufactured to order at Hurst’s Yorkshire facility, the S-Class doors have no width size restrictions and include a high-security multi-point locking system compatible with Kubu Smart technology. Ordering is streamlined via Hurst Live, the company’s portal offering real-time pricing, quoting, and order placement.
Sales Director Mark Atkinson highlights that the S-Class enhances the Hurst Composite Doors portfolio, allowing installers to cater to varied customer preferences, whether seeking the benefits of traditional GRP or solid timber core composites, all while maintaining the reliability and service Hurst is known for.
