At China Glass 2026, held from 7–10 April at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), Glaston will showcase a range of advanced technologies aimed at improving efficiency, automation and sustainability in glass processing. Visitors can meet the company at Hall N1, Stand #300, where innovations in insulating glass production, tempering, automotive glass processing and equipment upgrades will be on display.
A key highlight will be Glaston ULTRA TPS®, a unique insulating glass manufacturing line designed for thin triple and even quadruple IG units. The patented process allows a center glass pane as thin as 0.5 mm, fully protected within the secondary seal to ensure excellent gas tightness and durability. The system also features a high-speed mode for conventional glass and automation that minimizes operator input, enabling the production of lighter, thinner and energy-efficient insulating glass units.

For tempering applications, Glaston will present the TC Series furnace with the Chinook circulated-air convection system. This technology accelerates heat transfer, shortens cycle times and reduces overall production costs. Automatic process adjustments help maintain consistent quality while ensuring high capacity and efficient furnace utilization.
In the automotive segment, CHAMP EVO WS enables high-precision cutting, breaking and grinding of windshields with short cycle times and high repeatability. For complex shapes, MATRIX EVO combines active convection pre-heating with precise bending control, delivering excellent optical quality even with coated or screen-printed glass used in ADAS and HUD windshield technologies.

Glaston will also highlight upgrade solutions such as the CNC96 Retrofit Kit, carbon fiber impellers for quench blowers, and advanced control system upgrades, helping processors extend equipment lifetimes, reduce energy consumption and improve productivity.
Visitors can also test the Glaston FlatGuard Roller Wave & Edge Lift Gauge, a practical tool for evaluating the flatness of heat-treated glass.
