Forglass is set to unveil its latest technological breakthroughs at the 86 Glass Problems Conference and Symposium, held October 6–9, 2025, in Toledo, Ohio. For over a decade, the Polish engineering company has been developing advanced solutions to accelerate the glass industry’s transition toward net-zero production.
At Booth #22, Forglass will introduce its new generation of hybrid melting furnaces that combine electric boosting and oxy-fuel combustion, achieving up to 35% lower CO₂ emissions and significant energy savings. The company will also showcase its intelligent batch plant systems featuring AI-driven dosing precision and real-time monitoring, as well as its latest cullet recycling lines capable of handling over 200 tons per day with minimal contamination.
Forglass engineers will present case studies from recent European projects, highlighting measurable improvements in efficiency and sustainability. Their participation reaffirms Forglass’s position as a global leader in decarbonised glass manufacturing technology.
