Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance Honors Industry Leaders at 2026 Annual Awards Ceremony

The Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) recognized outstanding professionals and member companies during its 2026 Annual Awards Ceremony, held as part of the FGIA Annual Conference in Huntington Beach, California.

The ceremony celebrated individuals and organizations whose work has significantly contributed to advancing the fenestration and glazing industry and supporting the association’s initiatives throughout 2025.

Key Award Winners

Outstanding Service Award

  • Greg McKenna – former Director of Risk Management at Kawneer Company.
    McKenna was honored for decades of leadership and contributions to the industry, including involvement in research projects, multiple patents, and the development of FGIA’s FenestrationMasters certification program.

Chairman’s Award

  • Quanex Building Products – recognized for its strong commitment and ongoing support of FGIA initiatives and programs.

Education Award

  • Quaker Window Products – acknowledged for significant investment in workforce training and professional development through FGIA certification programs.

Marketing Distinguished Service Award

  • Shelley Lee of NuCoat North America – recognized for leadership and dedication in advancing FGIA marketing activities.

Glass Products Council Distinguished Service Award

  • Matt Waldren of Pella Corporation – honored for his work supporting FGIA technical initiatives and insulating glass research.

Architectural Products Council Distinguished Service Award

  • Chris Giovannielli of Kawneer Company – recognized for his contributions to architectural product development and association leadership.

Residential Products Council Distinguished Service Award

  • David McDonald of Marvin – awarded for his dedication to regulatory work and leadership within FGIA’s residential products initiatives.
