Everglade Windows Ltd, the esteemed Fabricator of the Year, continues to set industry benchmarks for excellence by embracing innovation with the investment in the Emmegi Quadra L2. This cutting-edge 18-axis CNC machinery represents a strategic move to amplify production efficiencies while upholding the delivery of high-quality products to their discerning clientele.
Following a remarkable double win at the recent G Awards, Everglade Windows is anticipating the arrival of the Emmegi Quadra L2 at its expansive 65,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Perivale, West London. This state-of-the-art machinery is equipped with the capability to mill, drill, and cut aluminium profiles up to 7.5 meters in length. Its acquisition is tailored to meet the escalating demand for Everglade’s award-winning aluminium products, including the aïr 180XLS Lift & Slide Door, aïr 900 Bi-Fold Door, and the aïr MOD Series Windows and Doors, enabling the realization of unique design specifications for customers.
