The courses, Compliance with Design: Part L vs Part O and Elevating Design: Fenestration Solutions for Regulatory Compliance, provide practical guidance for architects, specifiers, fabricators, and builders seeking to balance energy efficiency, comfort, and design compliance.
Compliance with Design: Part L vs Part O focuses on the complex interplay between energy efficiency and overheating prevention. It explains how professionals can meet the requirements of both Approved Documents L and O through careful glazing selection, heat loss management, and strategies to reduce overall energy demand.
Elevating Design: Fenestration Solutions for Regulatory Compliance provides a detailed overview of designing windows and facades that meet regulatory standards while managing solar gain, ventilation, and safety considerations. It offers insights into material selection, window configurations, and innovative solutions to achieve both energy performance and occupant comfort.
