Leading glass manufacturer, Vitro Architectural Glass, has announced the appointment of Erin Casci as Product Manager for their MSVD Coated Products, including the popular Solarban® family of solar control, low-e coatings. Casci’s extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the area of coated glass products, makes her the ideal candidate to lead this important product group.
Casci to Lead New Product Development
In her new role as MSVD Product Manager, Casci will be responsible for spearheading new product development and serving as a key liaison between Vitro’s customers and its research and development, operations, and marketing and innovation segments. Casci’s expertise in identifying gaps in product lines and improving production processes will help enhance the customer experience and ensure delivery of high-quality products.

Casci’s Impressive Background
Casci joined Vitro in 2015 and has been based at the Vitro Glass Technology Center, where she has worked on several product innovations including hydrophobic glass coatings, glass surface preservation, and developing environmentally-responsive products. Casci holds a degree in chemistry from Eastern Washington University and has previous experience working with Vitro’s technical services division as a fabricator auditor.
