Pat Dyer: Illuminating Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota
Pat Dyer brings over two decades of invaluable experience in the commercial construction sector to the team. Her multifaceted career encompasses roles in estimating, technical support, project management, architectural support services, and sales. Prior to joining Guardian Glass, Pat contributed her expertise to renowned industry players, including her recent tenure with Behr Paint Company.
Pat Dyer’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her professional achievements. She is an active member of the Chicago Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute, the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association, and the International Interior Design Association – Illinois Chapter.
Josh Thieme: Navigating Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa
Josh Thieme is a seasoned professional with a strong background in both sales and engineering, with his most recent role at The Lincoln Electric Company. He holds a degree in engineering management from the prestigious Missouri University of Science & Technology and is currently pursuing his MBA at Emporia State University. 
With Pat and Josh on board, Guardian Glass™ North America is poised to further elevate our customer experience and strengthen their position as a leader in the glass industry.
