C.R. Laurence (CRL), a leading supplier to the architectural glass industry, has introduced its newest product: the DRX Modular Door Rail Kit. This new system is set to revolutionize the way glass professionals install door rails, offering flexibility, speed, and precision on-site.
Tailored specifically for frameless glass door applications, the DRX kit is a modular solution that enables installers to assemble and install door rails directly on-site, eliminating long lead times traditionally associated with custom fabrication. The kit supports glass thicknesses from 3/8 inch to 3/4 inch, accommodating a wide range of architectural glass panels. It includes:
- Two 10-1/2″ DRX rail bodies
- Adjustable slide block
- End caps
- Two 48” side covers (cut to length)
- 8-foot gasket
- Multiple finishes: Satin Anodized, Duranodic Bronze, Matte Black, and Brushed Stainless Steel Cladding
Also launching alongside the DRX kit are Modular Headers for single and double doors, offering further customisation and quick on-site adaptability. These components are designed for seamless integration with DRX rails, enhancing performance and aesthetics.
