POLFLAM, the leader in fire-resistant glass innovation, proudly announces a significant breakthrough—the reception of the crucial “Proces-Verbal de Classement,” widely recognized as the “French approval.” This notable endorsement comes from the esteemed third-party laboratory, Efectis France in Metz, solidifying the official authorization for the integration of POLFLAM fire-resistant glass into Jansen VISS TVS/TV façade system solutions.
Process-Verbal de Classement EFR-23-002975: Classes EI 30 and EW 30
The comprehensive approval encompasses system variants falling within classes EI 30 and EW 30. Remarkably, these variants boast maximum dimensions reaching up to 1,700 by 3,200 millimeters or 3,200 by 1,700 millimeters for EI 30 and 1,500 by 3,048 millimeters for EW 30.
Process-Verbal de Classement EFR-23-002974: Class EI 60
Expanding possibilities further, the approval includes system variants within class EI 60, showcasing maximum dimensions of up to 2,040 by 3,840 millimeters (Area: 6.58 square meters) or 3,787 by 1,800 millimeters (Area: 5.73 square meters).
It’s crucial to note that the maximum thickness of the Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) is capped at 70 millimeters, ensuring seamless integration into the Jansen system with the highest level of security.
