A+W Software is taking a major step in digital transformation with the introduction of Mira, its new interactive AI designed to simplify and automate order entry. Presented by Sebastian Dick, Manager of A+W Clarity Innovations, A+W Order Entry AI is the company’s first fully AI-based product and will officially launch in December 2025 with built-in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) functionality to streamline data exchange between customers and production systems.
Originally developed for approval workflows, Mira automatically captures orders, submits them for staff review, and learns from corrections to enhance future accuracy. Now, users can also chat directly with Mira in the A+W Cloud to define custom rules, such as assigning a permanent contact email for a specific client.
By combining conversational AI with cloud-based automation, A+W Software’s Mira bridges human communication and data processing, making order entry faster, smarter, and error-free.
