Arreda Vetro Bizzotto SRL has taken a bold step forward in glass processing by installing the cutting-edge PUJOL 100 PVB+ /2C-50×28 laminating oven, marking a significant milestone in its innovation journey. The investment reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to modernization and excellence in laminated glass manufacturing.
The new system is part of a fully automated assembly line that includes a large-format tilting table, a selective glass washing machine, and an automatic assembly station. This strategic upgrade not only enhances production capacity but also ensures higher quality, lower energy consumption, and increased cost efficiency.
The PUJOL 100 PVB+ system is renowned for its versatility, supporting all major interlayers (PVB, EVA, SGP) without complex setup changes. Its energy-efficient design cuts consumption by up to 70% compared to traditional autoclave systems, significantly reducing operational and environmental costs. With just 90 kW of installed power, it achieves productivity levels equivalent to systems requiring nearly 800 kW.
Highly automated, the line minimizes labor needs while maximizing daily output, up to 250 m² in an 8-hour shift with only two operators. Reduced maintenance, optimized space usage, and lower raw material waste further strengthen its economic benefits.
With this investment, Arreda Vetro Bizzotto positions itself at the forefront of Italy’s glass processing industry, setting new standards in performance, sustainability, and innovation.
