IG Line LiSEC
The 74 IG Line LiSEC is a high-performance double and triple glazing production line, finished in the signature Lisec blue. Designed for right-to-left operation, it accommodates glass sizes up to 2,500 x 2,000mm and as small as 350 x 180mm (or 400 x 250mm on APKV).
With a maximum load capacity of 150 kg/m for single glazing and 250 kg/m for double glazing, it supports glass thicknesses ranging from 3–19mm for single glazing and up to 60mm for panels.
The line includes a full set of specialized modules such as RTVB, VHW, RSVN, FPS, and APKV units, all tailored for precision and flexibility. Key features include 0.12mm brushes, round templates from catalogue, adjustable offset (0–100mm on the horizontal side, 0–200mm on other sides), and a press with gas for optimal sealing.
