R.C.N. Solutions will present its latest glass-processing technologies at glasstec 2026, taking place from 20 to 23 October in Düsseldorf, Germany. The company will showcase solutions for lamination, bending and chemical tempering, with particular focus on its PVB lamination system designed to operate under vacuum conditions.
Developed from scratch and extensively tested, the system aims to provide greater production flexibility. R.C.N. Solutions will also highlight its approach to machinery digitalisation through software that monitors equipment performance and tracks overall plant energy consumption in real time. Different software configurations are available, including options for comprehensive production management.
Visitors to Hall 12, Stand C45, will be able to watch live demonstrations of LIA, a fully automatic machine in a 2+4 configuration. The patented RD CLEAN CONCEPT will also be demonstrated on the machine.
The company will present REVA BF, its laminating interlayer developed to meet demanding quality and performance requirements while helping reduce waste. Additional technologies include bending furnaces for complex glass curves and chemical tempering processes designed to improve mechanical strength while maintaining flatness and optical quality.
