Glaston to Present Automated Glass Processing Solutions at GlassBuild America 2026

At GlassBuild America 2026, Glaston will showcase automation technologies designed to increase throughput, improve quality and reduce manual intervention across tempering, lamination, insulating glass and automotive glass production.

In tempering, Glaston Autopilot will demonstrate fully automated processing based on three operator inputs: glass type, thickness and process mode. Online Stress Calculation (OSC™) will verify surface stress and mid-pane tension in real time for Clear and Low-E glass, while AutoLoad will combine batch optimization with automated loading. Anisotropy Control will use specialized quench-nozzle technology to minimize stopping marks and improve visual consistency.

For lamination, the ProL SPEED line will demonstrate mixed production ranging from single-sheet laminates to multilayer constructions. Autotrim will automatically trim all four edges of each laminate sandwich, while Convection Control will enable automated processing of complex multilayer laminates, including SentryGlas®.

Glaston will also highlight ULTRA TPS®, which produces thin triple and quadruple IGUs with center panes as thin as 0.5 mm. Thin triple IGUs can provide up to 20% higher insulation at the same thickness and weight as traditional double IGUs.

The portfolio will also include MATRIX EVO for windshield bending and CHAMP EVO for precision cutting and grinding.

Glaston will exhibit at Booth #1945.
