BSW Window Solutions has launched the Sheerline SheerGlide inline patio door, targeting installers seeking slim-profile aluminium doors with short lead times and simplified site installation.
The Peterborough-based fabricator is offering SheerGlide at an introductory price of £1,000 plus VAT for doors up to 3 metres, with lead times starting from seven days. Under its “Just Add Glass” campaign, the doors are supplied ready for installers to add the glazing.
SheerGlide combines slim sightlines with thermal and security performance. The system incorporates Sheerline Thermlock technology, a high-security locking system, an automatic doorstop and self-levelling rolling gear designed to maintain smooth door movement. The patio door achieves a stated U-value of 1.4 W/m²K, while its clip-in glazing bead is intended to accelerate glazing and installation on site.
BSW says the launch responds to continued demand for larger glazed areas and slimmer aluminium door profiles in residential projects. 
The company has also recently doubled manufacturing capacity at its dedicated aluminium production facility. As a major UK fabricator of Sheerline products, BSW works directly with the systems manufacturer on product development and market introduction.
The new SheerGlide offer combines 3-metre door sizes, seven-day lead times and £1,000 pricing, positioning it as a rapid-supply option for aluminium patio door installations.
