The International Window Film Association (IWFA) has announced a major leadership transition as Executive Director Darrell Smith prepares to retire after 30 years leading the organisation and a combined 55 years in the window film industry.
During his three decades at the helm, Smith helped establish IWFA as a recognised industry voice, supporting professional development, advocacy and technical knowledge across the global window film sector. His leadership has played a central role in strengthening the association’s position and long-term industry relationships.
As part of the transition, IWFA has partnered with AMR Management Services, Inc., a Kentucky-based accredited association management firm providing strategic leadership, financial management, membership support and operational services.
Christina Horsley, CMP, will represent AMR Management Services as IWFA’s new Executive Director. With more than 20 years of experience in association management, Horsley brings expertise in operational leadership, member engagement and volunteer management.
She will work alongside the IWFA Board of Directors, committees and members to build on the foundation established during Smith’s tenure.
