Synerglass Soft Targets International Growth and AI Expansion Following Independence

Synerglass Soft is entering a new phase of development following its transition to an independent company, with international expansion, software innovation and artificial intelligence (AI) becoming key priorities.

The Belgian software specialist has established a new shareholder structure involving CEO Jean François Geys, Chief Revenue Officer Peter Dixen, investment company Nomainvest and Wallonie Entreprendre. The structure is designed to support the company’s continued growth, technological development and expansion into international markets.

Dixen joined Synerglass Soft as Chief Revenue Officer in 2026, bringing more than three decades of experience in the glass industry. His role includes strengthening the company’s position across major European glass-processing markets, with Germany, Spain, Portugal and Italy identified as key areas for growth.

AI is also becoming an increasingly important part of Synerglass Soft’s strategy. The company is developing an AI agent tailored specifically to glass-industry workflows, initially targeting tasks such as quotation and order processing. The technology is expected to be progressively integrated throughout its software ecosystem.
