Immaculate Glass LLC, operating as Slade Glass and M&W Glass, has filed for Chapter 7 liquidation bankruptcy, ending the operations of a Colorado-based glass and glazing business with more than six decades of history.
The family-owned company filed on July 31, 2026, with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. Founded in 1961, the business served both commercial and residential customers, providing window glass replacement and repair, custom shower doors and enclosures, mirrors, window wall assemblies and storefront metal installations.
Court documents show a significant financial imbalance. Immaculate Glass reported $228,996.67 in total assets against approximately $4.699 million in liabilities. Annual revenue declined by about 31% between 2024 and 2025, while the filing indicates a further substantial decline during 2026.
The company also reported numerous incomplete projects, with several claims classified as contingent, unliquidated or disputed. Its Boulder shop was seized by the Colorado Department of Revenue, according to the bankruptcy filing. 
As part of the liquidation, an auction is scheduled for August 18 in Denver. Assets offered for sale include pickups, vans, box trucks, trailers, glass fabrication equipment, inventory, material-handling equipment, a forklift, tools and office furniture.
