Enoble has introduced its 2030, 2536, 2540 and 3060 series of fully automatic insulating glass production lines, offering configurations designed to accommodate different glass dimensions, production volumes and factory layouts.
The production lines combine glass washing and drying, conveying, positioning, assembling and flat pressing within a coordinated automated process. Depending on the configuration, the systems can process glass from 450 × 280 mm up to 3000 × 6000 mm, with glass thicknesses ranging from 3 to 15 mm and maximum insulating glass unit (IGU) thicknesses of up to 80 mm.

The lines operate at conveying speeds of up to 50 m/min, while pressing speeds range from 2 to 15 m/min. Installed power varies between 28 and 55 kW, with a 380 V / 50 Hz electrical supply. The pneumatic system requires approximately 0.8 m³/min of air at 0.6–0.8 MPa.
Enoble’s configurations also provide options for Low-E glass processing, automatic positioning, double and triple glazing, PLC control and touchscreen operation. Gas-filling capabilities are available on selected models, including online or gantry argon filling.
The 3060 configuration is aimed at large-format architectural glass production, supporting glass sizes up to 3000 × 6000 mm. The 2536 and 2540 models are available with gas-filling configurations, while the more compact 2030 is intended for standard IGU production where available factory space is a consideration.
