E2Pack Automates Pallet Unwrapping with EASYROCK System

E2Pack has introduced EASYROCK, a new automatic pallet unwrapping system designed to streamline a critical yet often overlooked stage in depalletizing operations. The system automates the removal of stretch film and outer wrapping from incoming palletised loads, reducing reliance on manual handling and improving process consistency.

In many production environments, pallet unwrapping remains one of the least optimised steps, introducing variability and inefficiencies. EASYROCK addresses this by automatically detecting pallet dimensions, load configuration and overall workability. It adapts its unwrapping cycle accordingly, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including glass containers, cans, cartons and other packaged goods.

Engineered for industrial performance, the system is capable of handling dozens of pallets per hour. Its patented cutting technology ensures precise film removal while protecting product integrity, a key requirement in high-throughput manufacturing environments. The compact design and accessible layout also support easier cleaning and faster reset, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

EASYROCK has been developed by E2Pack, a company building on the legacy of established brands such as Emmeti, Mectra, Logik, Sipac and Zecchetti, and supported by Bottero Group. Prior to launch, the system completed thousands of operating hours in a major production facility, validating its reliability under continuous use.

The new solution will be showcased at Interpack 2026 in Hall 13, Stand A18.
