LiSEC has introduced the BSY-A, a compact and modular glass breaking station engineered to optimize efficiency in modern production environments. Designed to perform Y-, edge-, and residual breakage without rotating the glass sheet, the BSY-A simplifies processing while maintaining high precision.

The system features integrated Y-break bars and a fully electric breaking process, enabling fast and consistent results. Depending on the configuration, the station includes between two and six independently controlled Y-break bars, ensuring flexibility for various production needs. It supports glass thicknesses ranging from 2 to 12 mm and accommodates sheet sizes up to 6 meters and beyond.

With a cycle time of under 12 seconds, the BSY-A significantly enhances productivity while preserving edge quality. Its modular 2-meter design allows easy customization and integration into existing LiSEC lines, including ARS, TBX, and BTS systems.
