The acquisition of Techglass was a calculated move designed to bolster SORG’s capabilities and expand its reach. SORG Polska, with its established operational hubs in Krakow and Warsaw, is a prominent glass plant manufacturer. The company specializes in the design, construction, and maintenance of glass furnaces, forehearths, and the provision of associated vital services. At the helm of SORG Polska is Managing Director Radoslaw Guzik, who assumed his role in January of this year.
