This strategic move aims to address the growing demand in the USA and Canada markets while enhancing the after-sales service to elevate customer experience.
Situated at FENZI AGT USA LLC’s premises in Downingtown, PA, the new business unit commenced operations on March 1, 2024. Its primary focus is to supply and service Jetver ceramic inks, consumables, and spare parts, catering to the diverse needs of Tecglass’ expanding customer base.
In addition to its product offerings, the business unit will streamline administrative processes by allowing customers to interact directly with Fenzi AGT USA LLC for invoicing, administrative tasks, and order management. This real-time service approach aims to enhance efficiency and eliminate logistical challenges associated with transoceanic shipments.
The warehousing facilities at AGT USA LLC will house a dedicated space for Tecglass products, including a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and consumables. The storage system ensures optimal conditions for ceramic inks, with automatic devices maintaining the inks at the required temperature and rotation.
