Groundbreaking collaboration between SORG and BG Container Glass (BGC), which was formally announced on 18th April 2023 at BGC’s esteemed Ayutthaya plant in Thailand.
BGC, renowned as a leading container glass producer in Thailand, operates five plants equipped with ten cutting-edge furnaces supplied by SORG. This collaboration marks an important milestone in their longstanding partnership.
The signing ceremony, held in the presence of esteemed high-level management, witnessed Mr. Silparat, BGC CEO and member of the executive board, and Mr. Alexander Sorg, Managing Director of Nikolaus Sorg, solidify their commitment to joint success immediately following the momentous heating up ceremony of the new furnace, AGI F1.
Under this visionary agreement, a wide range of cooperative initiatives have been set forth. These encompass the entire spectrum of furnace design, encompassing both existing and future developments. Additionally, the collaboration entails furnace optimization, comprehensive audits, and training programs designed to enhance the skills and expertise of staff members, emphasizing their central role in the production process.
