Prior to joining Glaston, Riikka Laitasalo held the role of HR Director, Integrated Supply Chain at Kalmar, a business area of Cargotec Corporation. She has also gained valuable insights and expertise through various Human Resources positions at Kalmar and KONE Corporation, further solidifying her professional acumen in HR leadership.
