In a recent milestone event, each division of NorthGlass convened for the 2024 work arrangement meeting and the 2023 annual summary and commendation meeting. This gathering marked a pivotal moment for NorthGlass as it navigated new work challenges, celebrated past achievements, and set the stage for future development. Led by key figures such as Mr. Gao Xueming, Chairman of NorthGlass and NorthGlass Light-Stone, Mr. Gao Li, Vice Chairman and President of NorthGlass, and Mr. Gao Qi, Vice President of NorthGlass and General Manager of the Glass Deep Processing business unit, over 600 staff members, including general managers, department heads, and employee representatives, came together to strategize and plan for the road ahead.

Units that met or exceeded their targets and exhibited growth, including the Tempering Equipment BU, Glass Deep Processing BU, Tianjin Base, and Shanghai Base, were duly acknowledged. A total of 11 “NorthGlass Spirit Award” recipients, 20 “Excellent Teams,” and 148 “Advanced Employees” were commended for their exceptional contributions.
In the realm of technological advancements, projects like the “Architectural Glass Deep Processing Intelligent Factory V1.0” clinched the first prize for technological progress, while initiatives like the development of new high-efficiency fans and multi-curved furnace equipment secured the second prize. A total of 151 awards were distributed, encompassing various facets of technology, production, and management, with a cumulative bonus of 2 million yuan allocated to reward employees for their dedication and hard work.
