Innovative Lamination Advancements: R.C.N. Solutions Partners with Albitar Factory for State-of-the-Art Project in Saudi Arabia
A significant stride in lamination technology unfolds in Saudi Arabia as R.C.N. Solutions proudly announces its pivotal role in a groundbreaking project with Albitar Factory, situated in Dammam. Spearheaded by Mr. Zouhair Albitar, this collaboration signifies a testament to the commitment of Albitar Factory to quality, innovation, and versatility in glass production.
Established in 1974 by the late Shekikh Mr. Kamal Badawi Albitar, Albitar Factory has evolved into a multifaceted entity with expertise ranging from building and architectural installations to interior and exterior applications. Beyond glass, the factory excels in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum windows, solidifying its position as a prominent local manufacturer.
The recent addition to Albitar Factory’s repertoire is the Lammy System 4+2 by R.C.N. Solutions, a cutting-edge lamination solution. Boasting an active size of 5,000 by 2,500 millimeters, the machine comprises two independent laminating chambers equipped with RD CLEAN CONCEPT bags, an over-top storage unit with three positions, two extra shelves featuring Silikosoft bags, a lifting platform with a 2000-kilogram capacity, and the RCN Easy Connect Application for seamless remote control. To ensure optimal functionality in the region’s high temperatures, the customer also incorporated a climate box for storing and protecting REVA rolls.
This state-of-the-art machine was successfully installed in early December 2023, marking a collaborative milestone between R.C.N. Solutions and Albitar Factory. R.C.N.
