ODL Europe has expanded its composite door offering with the launch of a new stable door slab, adding a traditional entrance style to its established Cottage door range while maintaining the performance standards associated with its Capstone composite door construction.

The new stable door has been developed to meet continued homeowner demand for designs that combine heritage aesthetics with practical functionality. The range includes five Cottage door slab designs: Solid, Stanley, Canning, Sandon and Benton, giving fabricators and installers multiple styling options for residential applications.

Available in white as standard, the stable door slabs can also be finished in any RAL colour through ODL Europe’s dedicated in-house paint facility. The company’s specialist paint plant provides greater control over colour accuracy, consistency and finish quality. Doors are coated using a hard-wearing polyurethane paint system and painted units are supplied with a 10-year guarantee covering fade, loss of gloss and adhesion performance.

A key feature of the new stable door is its 100mm integrated PVC mid-rail, which has been specifically designed to deliver the structural strength required for split-opening stable door configurations. The reinforced construction allows the door to maintain rigidity and durability while preserving the traditional appearance expected from this style.
