The ambitious development, located at the Stanlow oil refinery in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, England, is slated for discussion by Cheshire West and Cheshire Council’s planning committee today. Spearheaded by EET Hydrogen, a joint venture between Essar Oil UK and Progressive Energy, the project forms an integral part of the expansive HyNet hydrogen initiative.
