Made for Trade has announced a major investment in its UK operations with the acquisition of Dimensions House, a new 110,496 sq ft production, distribution and showroom facility in Northampton. The expansion is designed to increase manufacturing capacity, improve logistics and strengthen customer service as the company continues to grow its Korniche aluminium glazing range.
Strategically located in the Midlands, the new hub will enable a more efficient national distribution model, allowing larger deliveries into Northampton before being redistributed through shorter regional routes. The facility will also feature a dedicated showroom where trade partners can present Korniche products to customers and explore the company’s expanding portfolio.
Dimensions House is expected to become the production base for the upcoming Korniche Window, an all-aluminium system developed to combine strong thermal performance, simplified installation, competitive pricing and short lead times. The investment supports Made for Trade’s ambition of becoming a single-source supplier for aluminium glazing products.
As part of the expansion, the company will also relocate its Flat Glass and Flatlite production lines to Northampton, creating additional manufacturing space at its North East sites for future product development.
