Luzha Glass Expands Glass Processing Capacity with Third CNC Production Station

Luzha Glass has expanded its glass processing capabilities through the operation of a third production station equipped with an Intermac Master CNC machining center. The system features three machining axes and utilizes specialized tooling supplied by Diamut, enabling the company to perform a wide range of glass processing operations with a high degree of accuracy.

The CNC technology is designed to deliver precise machining and polished finishes across various glass applications. Its capabilities support the production of components requiring detailed edgework, cut-outs, drilling, and other customized processing requirements while maintaining consistent quality standards.

According to the company, the addition of the new production station has significantly increased overall manufacturing capacity. The investment is intended to enhance production efficiency and reduce lead times while supporting growing demand for processed glass products.
