The LiSEC Group will use glasstec 2026 to showcase the expanding LiTROS portfolio, a range of machinery developed to provide glass processors with a simpler entry into industrial flat glass processing. According to Thomas Lenze, Head of Sales LiTROS, the brand combines straightforward operation, robust machine concepts and a focus on essential production requirements, while providing a platform for future expansion.
LiTROS now covers several key stages of flat glass production. Its washing portfolio includes the LiTROS Horizontal Washer and LiTROS Topclear, available in horizontal and vertical configurations. In cutting, the range includes LiTROS Load, LiTROS Float Cut and LiTROS Float Break, with both stand-alone machines and coordinated line solutions.
The processing portfolio includes the LiTROS Combifin vertical processing line and additional stand-alone machines. LiTROS Topdrill is also among the solutions highlighted for internal processing applications.
The insulating glass segment has recently been expanded with the LiTROS IG Line Thermoplastic. The vertical, automatic line can process both rigid and thermoplastic spacer frames. Its production sequence integrates transport and washing, inspection, frame setting, thermoplastic spacer application, assembly with gas filling, and sealing. 
Two additional developments target glass-edge processing. LiTROS Horizontal Seaming is a fully automatic horizontal edge-grinding machine designed to seam all four sides of rectangular glass panes. It provides consistent edge treatment before subsequent production processes.
Meanwhile, LiTROS Edge Deletion Vertical is designed for the removal of metallic coatings from the edge areas of rectangular glass panes. The system incorporates coating detection, adding an automated inspection step to the process.
The portfolio is complemented by LiTROS software for business processes, production planning, documentation and analysis, extending the offering beyond individual machines.
At glasstec 2026 in Düsseldorf, 20–23 October, LiTROS will present its solutions at Hall 17, Booth A64. The company will place particular emphasis on its flat glass processing portfolio, including Combifin, Topdrill and other edge and internal processing applications, with its sales team available to discuss specific production requirements.
