John Fredericks Plastics has expanded its premium offering with the addition of the Veka Omnia flush windows and doors to its Ultimate Collection, targeting the growing demand for design-led, high-performance glazing solutions.
The Omnia system features a double-flush, double-rebated profile engineered to replicate the clean, symmetrical appearance of aluminium while enhancing overall performance. This configuration improves weather resistance and contributes to strong thermal efficiency, achieving U-values as low as 0.795 W/m²K with triple glazing and 1.2 W/m²K for double-glazed units.
A notable detail is the integrated post co-extruded (PCE) gasket, which not only strengthens sealing but also creates a defined shadow line for a more authentic architectural finish. The system also supports acoustic performance, reaching up to 43 dB sound reduction when combined with laminated glazing.
Available in a wide range of standard and Feinstruktur textured foils, Omnia allows installers to deliver aluminium-style aesthetics with the flexibility of PVCu. According to Mark Dicconson, the addition enables installers to target higher-margin, design-focused projects while meeting evolving market expectations.
