Glaston Corporation has published its Annual Review 2025, now available in both Finnish and English on the company’s official website. The publication provides an overview of the company’s financial performance, governance structure, and sustainability efforts over the past year.

The Board of Directors’ Report forms a central part of the review and includes the Sustainability Statement, which has been prepared in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and aligned with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This reflects Glaston’s continued focus on transparent and standardized sustainability reporting in line with evolving EU regulations.

The company’s Financial Statements have been published in compliance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements in xHTML format. KPMG Oy Ab has conducted a reasonable assurance engagement on the ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000, issuing an Independent Auditor’s Reasonable Assurance Report.

In addition, the Sustainability Statement has been prepared in line with the Finnish Accounting Act and the EU Taxonomy Regulation. KPMG Oy Ab has also provided an assurance report based on a limited assurance engagement carried out under ISAE 3000, further supporting the reliability of the company’s sustainability disclosures.

The Remuneration Report and the Corporate Governance Statement are also available on Glaston’s website, offering further insights into the company’s governance practices and executive compensation framework.
