Encirc has officially become Vidrala UK & Ireland, marking a new chapter for the glass container manufacturer following nearly three decades of operations in the region. The rebranding reinforces the Vidrala Group’s long-term commitment to the UK and Ireland, supported by recent investments in manufacturing, technology and sustainability.
The business provides an integrated service covering glass container design, manufacturing, beverage filling and logistics. Its operations also include access to one of Europe’s largest bonded warehouses, offering customers a comprehensive supply chain solution.
According to the company, the new identity will simplify customer services and strengthen its ability to deliver consistent quality, faster market access and improved operational efficiency, while reducing costs and environmental impact.
Sean Murphy, Managing Director of Vidrala UK & Ireland, described the transition as a proud moment for the company, reaffirming its intention to continue investing, growing and supporting customers, employees and local communities. 
The business employs nearly 2,000 people across its sites in Derrylin, Elton and Bristol. Together, these facilities produce approximately three billion glass containers and fill up to 500 million litres of beverages annually.
