Revolutionizing Workspaces: LiSEC Unveils Cutting-Edge Engineering Center in Seitenstetten
On the vibrant morning of November 3, 2023, LiSEC proudly inaugurated its brand-new Engineering Center at the Seitenstetten site. This monumental occasion marked the culmination of months of dedicated effort and collaborative spirit. The sprawling center, spanning an impressive 2000 m² across four floors, now hosts approximately 140 additional workspaces.

A Vision Realized: The Journey of Construction
Embarking on this ambitious venture in April 2022, LiSEC joined hands with regional partners who lent their expertise to bring the vision to life. The endeavor was necessitated by the merger of the Hausmening and Seitenstetten sites, driving the need for expanded office spaces. With an investment exceeding EUR 7 million, the construction project seamlessly incorporated contemporary trends in work culture, embracing collaborative spaces and shared desks. Oliver Pichler, LiSEC CFO, expressed, “We’ve successfully transformed the Engineering Center, adapting swiftly to construction challenges and changes. We take immense pride in this achievement, symbolizing our optimism for Seitenstetten’s future growth.”

A Glimpse into the Future: The New Work Environment
Beyond bricks and mortar, the LiSEC Engineering Center offers a dynamic and adaptive workspace. Its innovative design encompasses a diverse array of room concepts tailored to employee needs. From tranquil spaces fostering concentration to vibrant communicative zones, the Center caters to various work styles. Stand-up areas and the inviting “LiSPoint” serve as hubs for brainstorming and collaboration, fostering a culture of idea exchange. Height-adjustable tables at dedicated work desks promote ergonomic routines, while focus boxes provide sanctuary for tackling intricate tasks. The inclusion of chat boxes, well-appointed meeting rooms, maker spaces, and modern kitchens completes this futuristic work milieu.
A Commitment to Excellence: LiSEC’s Pledge for the Future
LiSEC’s investment in the Engineering Center underscores a commitment to its most valuable asset – its employees. Oliver Pichler emphasized, “Our success hinges on our workforce. Providing them with a contemporary, forward-thinking workspace is paramount. With the Engineering Center, we’ve achieved just that.” CEO Gottfried Brunbauer echoed this sentiment, reaffirming Seitenstetten’s pivotal role as LiSEC’s primary hub. He shared, “Seitenstetten has long been the cornerstone of the LiSEC Group, and it will continue to be in the years ahead. Our commitment extends beyond this achievement, as we plan further modernization endeavors in both office infrastructure and production.”
LiSEC’s Engineering Center stands not just as a physical structure but as a testament to innovation, collaboration, and a shared vision for a brighter, more productive future. As LiSEC paves the way for tomorrow’s advancements, the Engineering Center stands as a beacon of inspiration, embodying the company’s unwavering dedication to progress and excellence.
