Aldora Aluminum and Glass Products has agreed to acquire Lenoir Mirror Company, a North Carolina manufacturer specializing in silvered and fabricated mirror products for furniture, construction and glazing applications.
Founded in 1913, Lenoir will become Aldora’s dedicated mirror manufacturing operation. The acquisition includes plans to retain the existing workforce and invest approximately $1.8 million over 18 months in the plant. The capital program will target modernization of the silvering line, upgrades to fabrication and material-handling equipment, and increased manufacturing capacity.
The move strengthens Aldora’s position in the domestic mirror supply chain, while integrating Lenoir’s production capabilities into Aldora’s eight manufacturing and distribution locations across the eastern United States. Existing customers will continue to be supplied from the Lenoir facility, with expanded processing capabilities.
The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to due diligence and customary closing conditions. The investment is positioned to improve production efficiency, supply reliability and lead times for mirror customers.
