glasstec 2026 opens its doors today at Messe Düsseldorf, bringing together more than 1,150 exhibitors from 48 countries for four days dedicated to glass technology, processing, manufacturing and applications. This year’s programme focuses on three major areas shaping the industry’s development: artificial intelligence and digital technologies, decarbonisation, and the circular economy. These themes address practical challenges, from improving production efficiency and automation to reducing energy consumption, lowering carbon emissions and advancing glass recycling.
Across Halls 10–17 and the outdoor exhibition areas, visitors can explore glass production machinery, processing and finishing equipment, glass products, measurement and control technology, software and emerging applications.
The supporting programme adds a technical dimension to the exhibition. glass technology live presents developments from industry, research institutions and universities, while specialist conferences and forums provide opportunities to examine new approaches to glass design, performance and manufacturing.
For companies operating across the international glass market, glasstec offers four days to assess new technologies, meet suppliers and establish business connections.
The exhibition runs daily from 9:00 to 18:00. As the industry gathers in Düsseldorf, attention turns to the technologies and partnerships that will influence the next stage of glass production and application.
GlassBalkan will follow the developments and innovations shaping the industry at glasstec 2026 live.
