The OT 300 washing machine can be installed directly on the outlet conveyor of straight-line edging and bevelling machines. It washes and dries the glass after edging, removing processing residues and reducing the need for additional handling. This helps improve surface cleanliness, minimize the risk of scratches and create a smoother transition to subsequent production stages.
For companies processing non-standard geometries, the PAR-AL device enables the automatic handling and edging of inclined, parallelogram-shaped glass on straight-line edging machines. The system is designed to improve processing quality and safety while allowing the operation to be carried out by a single operator.
Another option is the DD Dubbing Device, which removes sharp glass corners directly during the edging process. The system can be activated or deactivated from the machine’s control panel and is particularly useful for preparing glass for subsequent tempering operations.
