Window Ware is marking a significant milestone as four key employees reach a combined total of 75 years of service, highlighting the company’s long-standing expertise and team stability within the UK window and door industry. These achievements reflect the depth of technical knowledge that underpins the company’s operations and customer support.
Among those recognised is Luke Macleod, who celebrates five years with the business after playing a crucial role in maintaining supply chain continuity during the pandemic. Now serving as Senior Warehouse Operative, as well as a First Aider and Mental Health First Responder, he continues to contribute across multiple areas. Sales Office Manager Sam Billington also marks 20 years, having progressed from an office junior to a central figure in sales operations, known for her precision and involvement in developing the company’s first-line technical support.
Product & Technical Manager Rob Vaughan reaches his own 20-year milestone, bringing extensive expertise that has supported product development and strengthened Window Ware’s own-brand portfolio. Meanwhile, Warehouse Team Leader John D’Amore celebrates an exceptional 30 years with the company, playing a key role in quality control and returns processes with unmatched product knowledge.
Managing Director Sam Nuckey emphasised that these milestones reflect the dedication and teamwork that define the company’s success, reinforcing its reputation as one of the most experienced suppliers in the fenestration hardware sector.
