The event attracted over 1,300 professional visitors from Central Asia and beyond, including representatives from Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Turkey, Tajikistan, China, Russia, Italy, Iran, India, Hungary, Belarus, and South Korea. This impressive turnout not only underscores the significance of the exhibition but also reflects the growing interest in the glass sector within the region.
Feedback from exhibitors has been overwhelmingly positive. Many expressed satisfaction not only with the scale of the event but also with the quality of the visitors. The opportunity to engage with highly professional buyers from key markets such as Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and Russia has proven invaluable. This aspect of the fair speaks volumes about its success in attracting the right audience, fostering meaningful connections, and facilitating potential business opportunities.
The glass market in Central Asia is currently experiencing a period of growth, with several new plant projects underway. This trend further emphasizes the importance of events like UzGlass, which serve as a platform for industry stakeholders to network, share knowledge, and explore collaborative ventures.
Looking ahead, Y T International Enterprise, the organizer of UzGlass, has announced plans to expand the exhibition area for the next edition, scheduled to take place from November 26 to 28, 2025. This expansion aims to accommodate an even greater number of exhibitors and visitors, enhancing the overall experience and impact of the fair. Additionally, the 2025 edition will be held concurrently with the Doors, Windows & Aluminum Uzbekistan exhibition, promising attendees a more comprehensive exploration of the building materials sector.
UzGlass 2024 has not only marked a significant milestone for the glass industry in Central Asia but has also laid a strong foundation for future events.
