The building boasts the highest energy efficiency class, “EPC A,” and has been awarded the prestigious “BREEAM Outstanding” certificate, solidifying its commitment to environmental responsibility. But where does this impressive sustainability come from?

A key element is the integrated use of renewable energy. Photovoltaic panels adorning the roof actively generate sustainable electricity, contributing to the building’s reduced carbon footprint. Furthermore, the incorporation of urban greenery throughout the building, including on expansive roof terraces, not only enhances biodiversity but also provides a more comfortable and inviting workspace for occupants.

However, the real ingenuity lies within the building’s advanced façade. This sophisticated system significantly minimizes the building’s reliance on traditional air conditioning, dramatically reducing its overall CO2 footprint.
