The new flush window is available in double and triple-glazed configurations, supporting 28mm, 36mm and 40mm glazing options. When specified with a 40mm triple-glazed unit, the system achieves an improved U-value of 0.9 W/m²K, helping installers meet the performance requirements associated with the upcoming Future Homes Standard.

Designed with clean external sightlines and a flush finish, the window aims to replicate the appearance of traditional timber joinery while delivering modern energy efficiency. Emplas says the product will provide installers with a competitive solution for premium residential projects, including heritage properties, conservation areas and high-value refurbishment work.

Each collection is designed to cater to different project needs. Manufactured at Pilkington’s St Helens site on a newly upgraded, more efficient rolled glass line, the range combines British-made quality and reliability with an updated, design-led presentation. Each pattern carries a privacy rating from 1 to 5 and is available in toughened and laminated options compatible with double and triple glazing units.

To support trade partners, Pilkington UK has introduced updated marketing materials, counter displays, and a redesigned merchant brochure showing patterns alongside their privacy ratings.
