As part of the deal, PUJOL will incorporate the entire client portfolio, services, know-how, and engineering for the manufacture and development of thermal tempering furnaces of TEKNOKILNS, which will now be produced entirely at PUJOL’s production plant in Barcelona, Spain.

The acquisition aligns with PUJOL’s strategic expansion plan and strengthens the company’s position in all transformation processes related to safety glass. It also fills a gap in PUJOL’s product portfolio, allowing it to offer new solutions to customers that were previously unavailable.
