The façade spans roughly 12,500 m² and incorporates the SCHÜCO FWS 60 SI SG structural glazing system, selected for its minimal sightlines, structural resilience, and ability to support expansive glass units without compromising transparency.

Approximately 1,200 triple-glazed panels, each treated with Guardian HP 60/40 HT coating, regulate heat gain while allowing abundant daylight, creating comfortable interiors despite Kazakhstan’s extreme seasonal temperatures.

Adding depth and subtle metallic accents, over 350 shadowbox panels in HD Silver Grey 32 HT coating punctuate the façade. On carefully chosen panels, bespoke patterns are fused directly into the glass surface, transforming structural elements into visual statements that enhance the building’s sculptural quality.

Inside, the Gallery features a 30 m² skylight equipped with an integrated heating system, designed to melt snow and ice and maintain uninterrupted natural light during the harshest winter months.

Every step, from precision glass cutting and coating application to on-site installation and meticulous sealing, reflected M‑Technologie’s commitment to quality. The result is a façade that does more than shelter a building; it interprets a visionary architectural concept, balancing artistry, performance, and technical complexity.
