Outstanding Service Award

  McKenna was honored for decades of leadership and contributions to the industry, including involvement in research projects, multiple patents, and the development of FGIA’s FenestrationMasters certification program.

Chairman’s Award

• Quanex Building Products – recognized for its strong commitment and ongoing support of FGIA initiatives and programs.

Education Award

• Quaker Window Products – acknowledged for significant investment in workforce training and professional development through FGIA certification programs.

Marketing Distinguished Service Award

• Shelley Lee of NuCoat North America – recognized for leadership and dedication in advancing FGIA marketing activities.

A growing national franchise, The Glass Guru provides residential and commercial glass repair, replacement, and restoration services, supporting customers across a wide range of everyday and specialty glazing needs.

For the 2026 program, The Glass Guru participated alongside more than 330 franchise brands, representing over 26,000 franchise owners. Franchisees reviewed their experience across 33 core benchmarks, including training and operational support, franchise relations, leadership, company culture, and financial opportunity.

Results from The Glass Guru’s franchisee survey showed strong satisfaction levels, including:

• 81% of franchisees said they feel supported
• 76% said they enjoy the business
• 76% said they feel the brand is supported

Michelle Rowan, President of Franchise Business Review, noted that franchisee satisfaction is one of the most reliable indicators of long-term franchise performance. She emphasized that Top Franchise winners outperform industry averages and stand out for leadership, support, innovation, culture, and financial opportunity.

This year’s Overall Best Booth award went to Quanex (#14040) for its impressive presentation and interactive design. Exlabesa (#25026) earned top honors as Best First-Time Exhibitor, while Saint-Gobain (#16040) took home the award for Best Medium Booth. Eurocraft Industries (#4040) won Best Small Booth, and ES (#4006) received the Best Large Booth recognition.

In the specialized categories, FENZI North America (#24096) was awarded Best Equipment Booth, and BAKA Glass Software (#9026) was named Best Software Booth.

Judged by a panel of NGA board members and staff, these awards celebrate excellence and creativity among exhibitors who continue to push the glass and fenestration industry forward.
