Established over 45 years ago, Cornwall Group has grown to employ approximately 370 colleagues across 14 sites. With the forthcoming delivery of these tempering lines scheduled for 2025, the company is poised to bolster its manufacturing processes significantly. The new tempering lines will be deployed at three of Cornwall Group’s manufacturing sites: Mackenzie Glass in Bristol, Cornwall Glass Manufacturing in St Austell, and Forward Glass in Birmingham. These state-of-the-art furnaces will primarily be utilized to manufacture glass for diverse applications, including residential windows, interior design, and commercial architectural projects.

One of the standout features of the Glaston FC Series E is its integration of the Glaston Autopilot technology. This advanced automation system allows operators to simply input the thickness and type of glass, after which the Autopilot automatically adjusts processing parameters to ensure optimal results consistently.
