ETEM’s E75, E85, and ES38 aluminum systems were chosen for the façades due to their thermal insulation, structural rigidity, and modular adaptability, ensuring seamless integration with the glass surfaces and achieving superior energy efficiency.

The façade design combines modern aluminum frameworks with advanced glazing technology, contributing to LEED Gold certification targets and demonstrating how high-quality materials and engineering enhance both aesthetics and performance.
