<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A comprehensive Customer Satisfaction Survey was conducted by Sparklike across Europe, China, Japan, and South Korea to gather valuable feedback from its users. The company&#8217;s focus on customer-centricity led to this initiative, aiming to improve its devices and services based on customer experiences.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Survey Results</strong></h4>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The survey covered various aspects, including general satisfaction, Sparklike devices, Sparklike services, customer service, and related questions. Overall, Sparklike received a commendable satisfaction score of 8.1 out of 10, indicating their commitment to customer satisfaction. However, the survey also highlighted areas where further improvements could be made.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Feedback and Appreciation</strong> </h4>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Customers praised Sparklike&#8217;s engineering and technical personnel for their efficiency in problem-solving. The advanced equipment, high precision, and good after-sales service also garnered positive feedback. The role of Sparklike distributors as experts in their markets and their contribution to overall customer satisfaction were recognized and appreciated.</p>

Sparklike has already taken action to enhance transparency during calibration and make the process faster. Blog texts addressing maintenance and calibration have been compiled to provide customers with a better understanding. Additional measures will be revealed in Autumn 2023.</p>
